14 DAY TRIAL // Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the only game in the franchise that received so much content after release. Apart from the paid expansions, the latest entry in the Assassin’s Creed series received a lot of free content to keep players interested in playing it.
Today’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Title Update 1.6.1 brings even more free content for those who’re still invested in Eivor’s saga. Keep in mind that the update weighs in at 9GB on PC, 11-12GB on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, as well as 1.6GB and 8.6GB on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, respectively.
The most important thing in the upcoming update is the Tombs of the Fallen Pack 2, which should bring an epic conclusion to the all-new addition. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be able to explore three mysterious tombs rigged with ancient traps and complex puzzles. These tombs are available from the moment players unlock Ravensthorpe.
Then, we have a new building that can be constructed in Ravensthorpe after the settlement has been upgraded to level 4, the Rune Forge. The new building will allow players to turn the perks of their currently owned gear into new runes in exchange for silver. However, the Rune Forge won’t support items from the game’s expansions. It’s also worth noting that runes can also be sold for silver at the Forge.
Title Update 1.6.1 will also bring some free exclusive in-game rewards. Celebrating 15 years of Assassin’s Creed, Ubisoft now offers Valhalla players the AC15 settlement pack and a dedicated AC15 tattoo set. Both are available through Ubisoft Connect.
Finally, the Oskoreia Festival will arrive in Ravensthorpe one more time between October 20 and November 10. Players must defend their settlement from the threat of harmful spirits and prove the strength of the Raven Clan. The free, limited-time event will add new activities, quests, and a plethora of new exclusive rewards.
