Apple is projected to take the wraps off new iPhone and Apple Watch models in the fall, and the closer we get to this moment, the more information emerges on the 2020 devices.

The Apple Watch, for example, which everyone refers to as Apple Watch Series 6, showed up recently in Eurasian Economic Commission filings, most likely ahead of a September unveiling.

As per the French site Consomac, who came across the new filings, there are four different Apple Watch models that Apple has registered in the Eurasian database.

The model identifiers are A2291, A2292, A2351, and A2352 (which are most likely standard Apple Watch models) and A2375, A2376, A2355, and A2356 (which probably represent LTE-capable devices).

At the same time, Apple has also registered new iPad models that are called A2270, A2316, A2072, A2324, A2325, A2428, and A2429.

Apple Watch Series 6

While everybody is eagerly waiting for a major overhaul of the Apple Watch, the new generation is very likely to look pretty much the same as the Series 5.

The upgrade, however, will happen under the hood where Apple will offer new capabilities, including blood oxygen monitoring and sleep tracking. As far as the display technology being used on the Apple Watch is concerned, the new model could continue to use OLED, while micro LED is expected to make its way to the device with the 2021 generation.

Apple Watch Series 6 will come with watchOS 7 out of the box. The operating system is already in the beta stage, and users can try it out ahead of the production launch.

The rumor mill indicates that watchOS 7 and iOS 14 could both be announced in September, with the Apple Watch Series 6 to also get the green light during the same month. The new iPhones, however, are more likely to see daylight in October due to supply struggles.
