Apple has a released the third beta of the upcoming iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 operating systems for iPhone and iPad devices to public beta testers and developers.

The iOS 13.1 beta 3 and public beta 3, as well as iPadOS 13.1 beta 3 and public beta 3 releases are now available to both registered developers and public beta testers via OTA (Over-the-Air) updates a week after the release of the second beta version.

If you're running the iOS 13.1 beta 2 or public beta 2, or the iPadOS 13.1 beta 2 or public beta 2, we recommend updating as soon as possible to the iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 beta 3 or public beta 3 releases. If you're not using them, Apple has also released the iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 GM (Golden Master) versions.

iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 to be released on September 30th

During the unveiling of the 7th generation iPad, Apple Watch Series 5, and iPhone 11 lineup, Apple make it clear that the development of the iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 operating system is not abandoned as we initially believed, and announced the official release date as September 19th.

Therefore, iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 are being developed in parallel with iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, offering public beta testers a chance to try new features and allow developers to improve their apps in advance and take advantage of the new technologies implemented by Apple.

The final release of the iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 operating system will be available on September 30th for all supported iPhone and iPad devices. Until then, we recommend updating your devices to the latest beta or public beta version as soon as possible.
