As expected, Apple released today the fourth public beta of its upcoming iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 operating system after releasing the fifth beta to developers yesterday.

The public beta 4 release of the iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 operating system is now available for public beta testing through the Apple Beta Software Program for anyone who wants an early taste of what's coming this fall for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices. These include the same changes as the iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 beta 5 release.

Also today, Apple released the fifth developer beta (build 17R5546f) of the watchOS 6 operating system for Apple Watch devices, which registered developers can install on their devices dedicated to beta software development via OTA (Over-the-Air) updates or by downloading and installing the beta profile from the Apple Developer portal. Unfortunately, there's no beta 5 version of macOS 10.15 Catalina at the moment of writing.

How to install the latest iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 public beta

If you're already running the public beta 3 release of iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 on your devices, you can easily update them to the public beta 4 release by heading to System > General > Software Update. There, you'll be able to download and install the latest public beta. The entire installation process is automatic so you won't have to do anything.

But if you are new to iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and tvOS public beta testing, you can install the latest public beta release on your devices by following the instructions we provided for you here, here, and here. However, we recommend waiting for the final release of the iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS 10.15 Catalina, tvOS 13, and watchOS 6 operating systems this fall.
