You can now try the latest betas of iOS, macOS, and tvOS

Apple releases today the first public beta versions of its upcoming iOS 12.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.4, and tvOS 12.2 software updates, which were made available to registered developers last week via the company's Apple Developer portal.

Last week, Apple kicked off the development of iOS 12.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.4, watchOS 5.2, and tvOS 12.2 by seeding the first beta versions to application developers with a paid and active Apple Developer account to they can install them on their devices dedicated to beta software development to make sure their apps are working correctly.

But now anyone can install the latest iOS 12.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.4, and tvOS 12.2 betas on their devices because Apple released them through the Apple Beta Software Program. All you have to is follow the instructions below and you'll be using iOS 12.2 public beta, macOS Mojave 10.14.4 public beta, and tvOS 12.2 public beta in no time.

How to install iOS 12.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.4, and tvOS 12.2 public beta

To install the iOS 12.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.4, and tvOS 12.2 public beta on your devices, you must first enroll your Apple ID and device in the Apple Beta Software Program for the respective operating system, iOS, macOS, or tvOS. Once you've enrolled your device following the instruction provided there, you'll receive the latest beta version through OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.

On your iPhone or iPad, you must open the Settings app, then go to the General section, and tap on Software Update to install the iOS 12.2 public beta. Mac users can install the macOS Mojave 10.14.4 public beta by opening the Preferences app and clicking on the Software Updates panel. Lastly, Apple TV users can install the tvOS 12.2 public beta via Settings > System > Software Update.
