Apple released today the fifth beta of its upcoming iOS 12.1, watchOS 5.1, and tvOS 12.1 software updates through the Apple Developer portal for registered developers.

Apple continues the weekly release schedule for new beta version of iOS 12.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.1, watchOS 5.1, and tvOS 12.1 with the iOS 12.1 beta 5 (16B5089b), watchOS 5.1 beta 5 (16R5589c), and tvOS 12.1 beta 5 (16J5602a), which follow last week's fourth developer and public beta releases.

Just like last week, Apple did not release a new beta version of macOS Mojave 10.14.1 along with the fifth beta release of iOS 12.1, watchOS 5.1, and tvOS 12.1, but we expect to see the macOS Mojave 10.14.1 beta 5 release on the Apple Developer portal for developers and the Apple Beta Software Program for public beta testers tomorrow.

Public beta 5 of iOS 12.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.1, and tvOS 12.1 coming soon

Developers with a paid and active Apple Developer account interested in testing their apps against Apple's upcoming iOS 12.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.1, watchOS 5.1, and tvOS 12.1 operating system updates can now install the iOS 12.1 beta 5, watchOS 5.1 beta 5, and tvOS 12.1 beta 5 on their devices dedicated to beta software development.

Public beta testers interesting in test driving the forthcoming software releases, which we believe they'll be released to the masses early next month along with the new iPad devices Apple plans to unveil during an October 30th event, will be able to install the public beta 5 of  iOS 12.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.1, and tvOS 12.1 as soon as tomorrow or later today.

Update: Apple also released today the fifth beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.1 to developers, along with the public beta 5 of iOS 12.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.1, and tvOS 12.1 to public beta testers.
