14 DAY TRIAL // Apple has released today the fourth developer beta of its upcoming iOS 12.1.3 mobile operating system update for supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, as well as macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta 4 for Macs.
The iOS 12.1.3 beta 4 (16D5039a) and macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta 4 (18D39a) releases come just a few of days after the third beta update that Apple seeded to registered developers on Monday via its Apple Developer portal. The new updates also appear to be available for public beta testers via the Apple Beta Software Program website.
If you're running the iOS 12.1.3 beta 3 or macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta 3 builds, you should consider updating to iOS 12.1.3 beta 4 and macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta 4, which are available as we speak via OTA (Over-the-Air) updates. Of course, these pre-release versions should only be installed on devices dedicated to beta software development.

In iOS 12.1.3 beta 4, Apple resolved an issue where some UI elements were inaccessible to VoiceOver in the "Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification" and "Electrocardiogram (ECG)" sections in the Health's app Health Data > Heart area, as well as an audio performance issue on 3rd generation iPad Pro 12.9" iPad Pro 11" when using some third-party apps.
For macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta 4 there aren't any details published about the changes included since the previous beta.
