Apple's privacy management portal just got a couple of new options allowing users to download all the data collected by Cupertino's services and apps, as well as a tool to quickly deactivate an Apple account to prevent data collection.

Cupertino now makes it possible for logged in users to access collected data management tools via the Data and Privacy page.

The first new option added to the data privacy management panel says allows you to "Download a copy of your data from Apple apps and services. This may include your purchase or app usage history and the data you store with Apple, such as calendars, photos, or documents."

When clicking the "Get Started" link you will be sent to a new screen where the data to be downloaded will be listed, from app usage and activity information to documents, media, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks.

According to the download screen, the data will first have to be prepared for download, and this process will take up to seven days depending on the amount of data that needs to be archived.

Users can now download all their app and services data stored by Apple on their servers and temporarily deactivate their accounts

The second option just added by Apple to their users' privacy management screen says that you can "Temporarily deactivate your account and restrict access to your data. You won’t be able to access your account or any Apple services while your account is inactive."

There are no requirements for deactivating your Apple account as Cupertino will allow you to disable it at any time temporarily, for any reason.

Moreover, you can also reactivate it at any time as long as you make sure that you have the unique alphanumeric access code received after you initially deactivated it.

The Data & Privacy page also makes it possible to correct any of the data stored by Apple that you consider to be inaccurate, as well as "Permanently delete your account and associated data from all Apple services" if you no longer want to use any of their services or Apple to have your data stored on their servers.
