“Steve Jobs’ legacy”

Brand Finance says Apple’s impressive growth is the result of the company’s hunger for innovation, something that started with Steve Jobs’ ambition and which continues today with every new product.

"Steve Jobs' legacy continues to flow through Apple, with innovation built into the brand's DNA. As Apple reclaims the title of the world's most valuable brand from Amazon five years since it last held the top spot, we are witnessing it Think Different once again. From Mac to iPod, to iPhone, to iPad, to Apple Watch, to subscription services, to infinity and beyond,” Laurence Newell, Managing Director, Brand Finance Americas, said.

Tesla is the automotive brand with the biggest jump in the chart, as its brand value increased by no less than 73 percent.
