The Xbox One has barely been released all around the world and already new owners of the next-gen console are reporting problems with the device, particularly with its Blu-ray drive, which is apparently faulty on quite a few units, as it begins to wildly rotate any disc introduced into the console.

The Xbox One is being released in 13 countries around the world today, November 22, and already quite a few new owners of the next-gen console are putting the device through its paces.

Unfortunately for quite a few of them, the Blu-ray disc drive is apparently broken on some units.

As you can see in the video above, when a disc is inserted into a drive, it begins to generate a scary sound that hints at a serious problem.

According to the YouTube user who posted the video, the problem might pertain to the console's case, as the disc isn't complete in the drive.

Microsoft hasn't commented on this issue, but more and more reports are coming in about Blu-ray drive problems for the Xbox One.
