Microsoft has just deployed a brand new dashboard update for its Xbox 360, taking it to version 2.0.14719.0, which brings fixes for several voice recognition issues while solving a glitch that appeared in the Xbox Live Party app.

The Xbox 360 is still selling extremely well, so Microsoft wants to make sure every customer has a great time with the home console.

We’ve already seen a major dashboard update appear at the beginning of December, and a smaller one last week, which fixed a few color issues and reorganized some categories, like the Indie Games one.

Now, Microsoft has launched a brand new software update for the Xbox 360, taking its dashboard to version 2.0.14719.0.

The update solves just a few issues relating to voice recognition for non-English users and a party glitch where every participant had the same name. Lots of “behind the scenes stuff” was also added, according to Microsoft, but no other details were given.

You can download the Xbox 360 dashboard update 2.0.14719.0 right now, from Softpedia, and install it with either a USB drive or a CD/DVD.
