14 DAY TRIAL // Yesterday, a new smartphone from XOLO made an appearance online, namely the XOLO Q1000, which has already got a price tag attached to it, namely Rs. 14,999 ($269 / €212).
The handset can be seen on this page on the website of online retailer Flipkart, said to start shipping in 7 to 8 business days.
As Fonearena notes, however, an official announcement on the availability of the device hasn’t been made as of now, though XOLO is expected to formally introduce it in a matter of days.
Packing a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, the smartphone also sports 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, as well as a microSD memory card slot.
Furthermore, it packs an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, front camera for video calling, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Dual-SIM capabilities, and a 2100 mAh battery inside.
