Video game developer Wargaming is announcing that the 8.7 update for its World of Tanks competitive multiplayer title will introduce a new line of British self-propelled guns and will give players a new map, called Belogorsk-19, to play on.

The new battle area is set in Russia and features winter weather, with some difficult terrain and interesting ambush spots.

Fans of British tanks will be able to use the Sexton, the Bishop and the Crusader and the team is also introducing some powerful hardware that was never actually used in World War II, like the Conqueror Gun Carriage.

Mike Zhivets, a producer on World Of Tanks, states, “The upcoming expansion features several stand out models that are likely to catch on with the masses and spice up the overall artillery gameplay.”
