The new application release packs various fixes and enhancements as well

As Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry is moving closer to the launch of its second BlackBerry 10-based smartphone, the Blackberry Q10, more and more applications are being updated to provide support for it, and WhatsApp is one of them.

The popular messaging application has been updated to version 2.9.5773, so as to offer support for the new platform release loaded on Q10, namely OS 10.1, CrackBerry reports.

Additionally, the new flavor of the application packs various bug fixes inside, along with support for Thai language, and some new features as well.

Following the update, users will be able to add or remove items from the favorites list, will see a clear conversation action on chat screens, and will also enjoy a call action in contact lists.
