Here are all the changes included in the stable version of 8.1

Windows 8.1 is projected to go live in mid-October, but lots of users are already running it thanks to a number of leaked ISOs that reached the web lately.

As you can see in this video published by YouTube user bavogames, Windows 8.1 RTM comes with quite a lot of changes, including a brand new Start button and several Start screen customization options.

While Microsoft seems to pay much more attention to the Metro UI than to the old desktop, it appears that the company has indeed listened to customer feedback and tried to make the operating system more familiar and user-friendly.

Windows 8.1 will debut on October 18, but Windows 8 adopters will be allowed to download the update free of charge from the Store one day earlier.
