The developers at Snowblind Studios and publisher Warner Bros. have launched yet another trailer for their upcoming The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, showing off the power of the Witch-King of Angmar, one of the big bad bosses of the title.

The Witch-King will not be a central part of the new Lord of the Rings video game because he is too heavily involved with events which are depicted in the movie and the books to which the game is linked.

Instead players will have to battle against Agandaûr, who is Sauron’s lieutenant in the North and the one who organizes evil armies in order to assault Eriador and gain control of that part of Middle-Earth.

War in the North allows players to create their own character and take on the evil forces that were just suggested in the movie versions of The Lord of the Rings.

Lord of the Ring: War in the North will be launched on the PlayStation from Sony, the Xbox 360 and the PC during the next week, both in North America and Europe.
