In just five days from now Apple will hold its annual Worldwide Developers Conference at Moscone West, San Francisco, California.

In anticipation of the event, the Mac maker has begun dressing up the venue with its usually large banners, one of which reads, “WWDC MMXIII. Where a whole new world is developing.”

Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, said in April, “Our developers have had the most prolific and profitable year ever, and we’re excited to show them the latest advances in software technologies and developer tools to help them create innovative new apps. We can’t wait to get new versions of iOS and OS X into their hands at WWDC.”

Besides unveiling iOS 7 and (likely) OS X 10.9, Apple will hold over 100 technical sessions presented by its own engineers for developing, deploying and integrating the latest technologies from the two operating systems.
