Sony has just deployed a brand new video of probably its biggest release for the PlayStation Vita, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, this time showcasing quite a lot of gameplay footage from the adventure shooter, as well as many of its features.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss marks the first portable release in the series and, as we got to see in our Gamescom 2011 hands-on with it, it’s quite impressive.

Now, in order to drum up the hype concerning the new game for the PlayStation Vita, Sony has unleashed a fresh video, complete with gameplay footage, which highlights the main features of the title, from its traditional controls to the touchscreen ones, or how you can use the Vita to help move the scope of your sniper rifle.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss sees Nathan Drake “uncover the dark secret behind the 400-year-old massacre of a Spanish expedition,” alongside his old friend, Jason Dante, and Marisa Chase, a descendent of an archeologist who vanished while searching to the expedition.

Check out the trailer above and get ready for the release of Golden Abyss on the Vita next February.
