14 DAY TRIAL // The Last of Us, the upcoming survival game from Naughty Dog, has just received a brand new video, this time focusing on the special infected enemies, featuring not just new gameplay footage but also feedback from the actual developers.
The Last of Us is out this June and promises to deliver a special survival experience in which the protagonist, Joel, must look after a small girl named Ellie and make it through a post-apocalyptic version of the USA.
Instead of traditional enemies like zombies, Naughty Dog envisioned a special kind of infected humans that have mutated after the ingestion of various fungal spores.
The result is a unique type of opponent that will give Joel and Ellie a considerable challenge.
The new video, available above, shows just how the infected were created by Naughty Dog and features quite a bit of new gameplay footage with Joel facing off against these monstrous opponents.
