A glitch has been found within the recently released The Last of Us single-player demo which, when exploited, gives players access to a new segment that isn't available while playing normally.

The Last of Us is out on June 14 and PlayStation 3 owners are more than looking forward to seeing just how good the survival game from Naughty Dog will be.

Yesterday, God of War: Ascension owners were able to download and play an exclusive single-player demo of The Last of Us.

Now, a YouTube user has uncovered a glitch towards the end of the demo that allows players access into a new segment of the game.

Apparently, after killing enemies towards the end of the demo, if the title is paused and players choose to restart the encounter, they'll be able to play the next segment in demo, which isn't available as standard.

Check out the exploit in action in the video above.
