If you thought non-brand vendors don’t make premium-looking tablets, take a look at Textet and its latest slate model.

Usually, the company launches its products in Eastern Europe (Russia to be more specific) but there’s no reason why the new Textet X-Pad Style 7.1 3G would not have a life in other parts of the world as well.

The new product is elegant, thin and certainly looks like it would be easy to be carried around. The X-Pad sports an IPS 7-inch screen and also has a built-in GPS module with a demo Navitel Navigator app companion pre-installed out of the box.

The X-Pad draws power from a decent dual-core tablet with MediaTek MT8312 processor clocked at 1.3GHz and albeit not having an impressive resolution (1024 x 600 pixels) the slate impresses while looks are concerned.

Textet has added dual cameras (2MP on the back and VGA frontal one) and a 2800 mAh battery to power everything onboard. It might not be the most amazing tablet in the world, but it’s a pretty one, not to mention it comes with an affordable price tag ($157 / €115).
