T-Mobile and ZTE are about to debut a new entry-level Android smartphone in Europe, the T-Mobile Vivacity.

The smarphone has been spotted at Bluetooth SIG by the guys over at UnwiredView, and is expected to arrive in stores by the end of the year.

Although price options are not yet available, it's safe to say that the Vivacity will be offered for free or for under $100 (72 EUR) with a new long term agreement.

Currently, information about the phone's specs sheet is scarce, but Bluetooth SIG documents mention that the T-Mobile Vivacity supports 3G, in addition to GPRS and EDGE.

At first glance, the Vivacity is an Android device, though there are no details on what version of Google's mobile platform the phone runs.

Bluetooth SIG documents also reveal that the T-Mobile Vivacity will be launched in Europe.
