14 DAY TRIAL // Halo 4 developer 343 Industries has confirmed that the recently revealed Halo TV series made by Steven Spielberg is still in the early stages of development so fans will have to wait a long time before hearing some actual details.
During Microsoft's Xbox One reveal event this week, noted filmmaker Steven Spielberg announced that he had started working on a TV series based on the hugely successful Halo series.
No other details were given, but 343 Industries has confirmed in a new Halo bulletin that the studio is in the early stages of development for the project.
"To set expectations accordingly, it will be a (long) while before you hear more about our just-announced TV series, as we are all still very early in the process," the studio said.
The Halo franchise saw the release of a live action web series last year, in the form of Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, which proved to be quite popular.
