A small glitch from within the Steam Big Picture mode has confirmed what was already rumored: the Steam Summer Sale of 2014 will take place between June 19 and June 30.

Steam is one of the most popular digital distribution services worldwide, and Valve has made sure to keep fans loyal by organizing different sales, not to mention community events and other such things.

Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the Steam Summer Sale of 2014, which is set to begin during this time period.

After seeing a few leaks confirming a June 19 debut for the long-awaited promotion, a brief glitch with the Steam Big Picture mode has revealed an official confirmation.

More specifically, Reddit users reported that, during a specific time frame and when doing certain actions, the Big Picture mode displayed the start and end dates of the Steam Summer Sale 2014, which were June 19 and June 30.

As such, fans should get ready for tomorrow, when the Steam Summer Sale of 2014 kicks off in full force. Expect plenty of great deals, not to mention daily and flash discounts for different games sold on Steam.

Also, as we saw last week, expect a reasoning to finally be given to the Mysterious Trading Cards that started dropping for users when crafting game badges.
