14 DAY TRIAL // Fans are speculating that the development team at BioWare working on Star Wars: The Old Republic might be ready to make the feline Cathar a playable race in the MMO.
There’s little hard information for this rumor, but the official Facebook page of the game is using a cover image that shows a partially obscured Cathar and his rather impressive weapon.
It’s unclear whether the company is teasing a simple new content delivery that will introduce new weapons for all players or if BioWare is slowly revealing a full image of the Cathar.
The cat-like race is well known for its sneaking and stealth attacks and might be an interesting new option for longtime fans of Star Wars: The Old Republic.
The MMO is currently using a free-to-play business model and the Cathar would probably be first offered to those willing to pay.
