The team at Ubisoft working on Splinter Cell: Blacklist is delivering a new video to the community which shows the multiplayer mode Spies vs. Mercs played from the perspective of a spy.

Zack Cooper, a community officer, is joined by Geoff Ellenor, design director, and they offer a lot of information about the core ideas of the multiplayer mode.

They also share hints about potential tactics and loadouts that will serve the player well when the game is launched.

A second video will be delivered soon and will show the same team playing as the Mercs.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist is set to launch on the PC, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PlayStation 3 from Sony on August 20 in North America and three days later in Europe.

The single-player component will see Sam Fisher take charge of the Fourth Echelon battling an internal terrorist threat.
