Service claims to deliver better internet speeds than its rivals

Verizon has announced that it is offering all those customers who are ready to sign up for their FiOS Triple Play service before the date of January 21, 2012 a free copy of the new Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary video game and 12 months of free Xbox Live service in order to allow them to engage in multiplayer games with friends.

The FiOS Triple Play package costs 89.99 dollars for one month (67.7 Euro) and offers those who are ready to pay 195 all digital television channels, with more than 50 of them in High Definition and a 30,000 Movie on Demand library, a digital voice service and 35 Mbps Internet.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is exclusive to the Xbox 360 home console from Microsoft and allows players to play a re-imagined and graphically updated version of one of the most successful shooters on console.

The multiplayer of the game is powered by the Reach engine and offers access to all the classic maps.
