The custom ICS ROM is faster than the previous version

Following the release of the first leaked official Ice Cream Sandwich ROM, a second custom ROM has been made available for download.

Unlike the first beta ROM, this one is a bit faster, but still has lots of bugs that need to be fixed in order to make it work smoothly on the Samsung Galaxy S II.

The folks over at Sammobile released the second version of the Android 4.0.1 ROM for the Galaxy S II yesterday and made it available for download here.

However, Samsung Galaxy S II owners who usually flash stock ROMs should stay away as they may lose their warranty.

There’s no explanatory video this time, as no changes have been made to the installation procedure, so those who know what they’re doing may want to check Sammobile’s site for more details on how to flash this custom ROM.
