Following news on the upcoming availability of LG Optimus G2 with 3GB of RAM packed inside, reports on Samsung planning to include the same amount of memory inside the upcoming Galaxy Note III smartphone have also started to emerge.

The news comes from The Korea Economic Daily, which confirms previous rumors on the matter, although an official word from Samsung has yet to emerge on this.

Provided that Samsung indeed builds the large Galaxy Note III with 3GB of RAM, those who will purchase it will be in for a treat, as the device is also expected to hit shelves with a Snapdragon 800 processor inside.

Not only will the mobile phone be able to deliver great performance capabilities, but it will include some other appealing features as well, such as a 13-megapixel photo snapper, S Pen functionality, and Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, SamMobile reports.
