Even though Sprint won’t be carrying the BlackBerry Z10, that doesn’t mean it can’t offer another version of Samsung Galaxy S III to Android enthusiasts.

The guys over at PhoneArena have been tipped on the upcoming availability of the purple Samsung Galaxy S III at Sprint.

The smartphone will feature 16GB of internal memory and is likely to arrive at Sprint on April 12. Obviously, the timeframe is subject to change, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.

Although the internal document that mentions the purple Galaxy S III does not say anything on the price tag, we can safely assume it will cost the same as the other color versions.

Hardware and software configurations are similar with the other models as well, so expect this one to ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform and a stunning 4.8-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display.
