TELUS and SaskTel released the Samsung Galaxy Discover budget-friendly smartphone earlier this month. We already know that Bell will also launch the handset on January 15, and now it looks like Virgin Mobile will carry it too.

MobileSyrup reports that Samsung Galaxy Discover is expected to arrive at Virgin Mobile Canada this week. The smartphone is likely to be priced at $150/€115 on no term.

Those who wish to purchase the Galaxy Discover should know that the entry-level smartphone packs a decent 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 320 x 480 pixels resolution, and a 3-megapixel rear camera.

Hardware-wise, the device is equipped with an 800 MHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card. Stay tuned for more info on the subject.
