14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Victory Games working on the Command & Conquer video game says that his team is aware of the damage that the previous big release has done to the franchise and plans to recapture the attention of longtime fans.
Samuel Bass, the lead designer working on the game, tells Game Informer that, “The first thing we said was, we need to kind of wash the stain of C&C 4 away.”
He adds, “To do that, you really have to get back to your roots, back to what it was made your fans your fans in the first place.”
The video includes a number of other members of the Victory Games team, offering information about everything from base building to the creation of the generals that players will be able to choose from.
There’s also plenty of gameplay designed to show off the impressive graphics and gameplay of the new Command & Conquer.
