Jade Raymond, the leader of the newly established Ubisoft studio in Toronto, says that her team is putting the finishing touches on work on the upcoming Rainbow 6 Patriots.

The Toronto team has handled the multiplayer side of the game, according to VG247, while the core single-player story is currently in the hands of the Montreal Ubisoft studio.

Raymond has not offered any clue about when Rainbow 6 Patriots might get an official launch date.

Early information suggested that it would be launched on the current and the next generation of home consoles.

In Rainbow 6 Patriots, players will have to use an entire counter terrorism arsenal in order to deal with an organization called the True Patriots, who is planning to launch an assault on the United States.

The game will allow players to focus on tactics rather than simple quick reactions.
