They are called M6S, M6M and M6e, in that exact order

Solid state drives have different shapes and spec sheets, depending on their intended role, but Plextor wanted to cover all of them at CeBIT 2013 (March 10-14), so it made three different lines.

Well, three different series, M6S, M6M and M6e composing a larger line, called simply M6.

Since CeBIT is a time and place to show off your best PC stuff, Plextor did its best to turn the M6 into its finest SSDs yet.

So, first off the M6S are 2.5-inch drives with up to 512 GB storage space, random read / write speeds up to 94,000 and 80,000 IOPS, and sequential read / write speeds of 520 MB/s and 440 MB/s. They are made of 19nm Toshiba NAND Flash chips.

The M6M also come in up to 512 GB, and the same performance as above, which is surprising considering how much smaller they are.

The M6s PCI Express line stands out though, as PCI Express drives are still far less common than the other two. In this case, the SSD are also quite small, in a low profile. Granted, they're not the first, but I've seen full-height drives before.

Anyway, the Plextor M6e reaches 770 / 625 MB/s and has random read / write speeds of 105,000 / 100,000 IOPS. They can be used as boot disks in a UEFI system (cutting startup times in half) and are good for high-end desktops.

Sadly, pricing and ETA information is still unavailable. No doubt reserved for next week.
