PS3 owners from Europe, the Middle East or Australasia are experiencing a major problem

It seems that the recent maintenance suffered by the PlayStation Network has left the online service with quite a big problem, at least in the Europe, Middle East and Australasia territories, as users can no longer re-download games they’ve already bought.

Sony took down its PlayStation Network last week for some planned maintenance all over the world.

Now, after the service went back online, users from the UK, Europe, Middle East or Australia and South-East Asia are encountering a major issue, that results in the 80023102 error message, which displays an ambiguous “No content was found.”

This happens when PSN users try to download or re-download content from the PlayStation Store that they’ve already purchased by accessing their download or transaction lists.

On the PlayStation forums, where quite a lot of people have started complaining, a moderator has confirmed that the cause of the issue has been identified, but also mentioned that a solution wasn’t ready just yet.

It seems that the issue is affecting only users from Europe, Australasia, or the Middle East, while those in North America or Japan can still re-download their PS Store content without any error popping up.
