14 DAY TRIAL // According to a brand new report, Microsoft is expected to finally deploy the new dashboard update for its Xbox 360 console on December 6.
Microsoft presented the upgraded user interface for its Xbox 360 back at E3 2011 earlier this year and, since then, has confirmed that quite a lot of things will be packed alongside it, from cloud storage for save game files to the new Xbox Live TV on Demand service, for which the company has partnered with many entertainment providers.
Now, after the new dashboard has been sent to beta testers from all around the world, and after the Xbox.com website has been overhauled, the final version of the new Xbox 360 interface is expected to appear on December 6, at least according to Kotaku.
There's no official word from Microsoft, but it's looking very likely that the beginning of next month will see the new dashboard arrive. Don't forget, however, that the previously rumored November 15 release date came and went without the company actually launching it, so it might be another false alarm.
