14 DAY TRIAL // Need for Speed: Rivals, the next installment in the racing series, will bring back lots of classic features, like police pursuits and car customization, according to developer Ghost Games.
The Need for Speed series has delivered a lot of interesting experiences over the years, and the next one is NFS: Rivals, coming from rookie studio Ghost Games.
According to the developer's Executive Producer, Marcus Nilsson, who talked with fans on the official website, Ghost is formed of veterans from many great studios, including DICE, Bizarre, Turn 10, or Rockstar, each with lots of experience in racing games.
What's more, Nilsson confirmed that Rivals will place a big emphasis on police pursuits, allowing players to experience the cop and racer side, but also on car customization.
It's unclear just how far that customization will go, but Nilsson promises that Rivals will raise the franchise's bar in terms of excellence.
