14 DAY TRIAL // It might not have the profile of Madden, which is celebrating 25 years of existence in 2013, or the long-term sales stamina of FIFA, but NHL is still an important property for developer EA Sports and the team is beginning to tease this year’s version of the hockey sim.
There are no details offered on the next version of the NHL game, but the development team will probably deliver a better simulation experience.
Improvements will include a better physics system and more emphasis on player tactics.
At the moment, there’s no clear launch date for NHL 14, but the EA Sports team will probably deliver the game on the current generation of home consoles from Sony and Microsoft and on the PC.
An official cover will be revealed during the summer.
