The superphone is expected to arrive in stores “in time for the holidays”

Canadian carrier Rogers has already announced it will offer the Motorola RAZR, but the operator has yet to announced the phone's price options and exact release date.

According to an internal document leaked by the folks over at MobileSyrup, Motorola RAZR will be available for $549.99 (397 EUR) outright, or $149 (108 EUR) with a new three-year agreement.

Currently, Rogers is taking pre-orders for the Motorola RAZR, which might indicate that the phone will hit shelves earlier than expected.

Moreover, rumors has it that the superphone might go live at Rogers as early as the first week of November, but the information has yet to be confirmed.

On related news, Motorola RAZR is delivered with Android 2.3 Gingerbread at launch, but Motorola confirmed that the smartphone will receive the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in early 2012.
