A new video that offers us a glimpse at the Motorola DROID Bionic has made an appearance into the wild, confirming that the device is getting ready for its release at Verizon.

Yesterday, a video that was quickly pulled offered a look at what Verizon and Motorola have in store for us when it comes to marketing the new device.

This time around, we can have a look at the DROID Bionic boot sequence in the video embedded below (via Phandroid), as well as at some of the capabilities the handset was packed with.

Those who would like to learn a few details on when the user interface on DROID Bionic is all about, as well as on the data transfer speeds the mobile phone can offer should have a look at the video below for that.

The boot animation will bring on the display the usual red eye, which remains on the screen until Motorola's latest Blur flavor is loaded up.

Apparently, the mobile phone is capable of offering great transfer speeds when connected to Verizon's LTE network, at least this is what the video shows.

The Motorola DROID Bionic manages to reach 4.5 megabits per second on the downlink, while going up to around 2 megabits per second on the uplink.

The handset had only one bar of signal when the test was performed, which suggests that it might perform much better when in real life scenarios.

DROID Bionic was rumored lately to be on its way to Verizon's network as soon as September 8th is here, featuring a price tag of around $300 with the signing of a contract agreement.

Apparently, the mobile phone might be worth every penny, though it remains to be seen whether it would actually hit the market at that time or not.

Until now, Verizon has not made an official announcement regarding the possible release of DROID Bionic, and we'll have to wait for the company to make a step in this direction before marking the date in our calendars.
