The development team at Blizzard announces that it is banning another group of players who have attempted to hack Diablo III in order to get an unfair set of advantages in the action role playing title.

The company says that, while it might not always publicly announce bans, it is constantly monitoring the state of the game and uses advanced tools in order to make sure that its integrity is not affected.

The team adds that it does not allow players to use third-party programs that allow them to:

- Obtain information about Diablo III that's not normally available to the player - Transmit or modify the Diablo III game files - Provide access to features or abilities beyond what is allowed by the game's design - Change how Diablo III interacts with Battle.net

Blizzard is not willing to offer the names of those who have been banned from playing Diablo III.
