Microsoft has worked out a new innovative way to find the best Bing.com developer out there: the company published a new job ad that’s hiding in the source code of Bing.com.

Just like The Register reports, Internet Explorer users visiting Bing are greeted with a small message asking “Do you want to debug this page?” (note that browser debug settings must be turned on in your browser).

In case they click on “yes,” the IE developer tools console loads a new message, this time presenting a job opportunity. “Interesting in creating Bing.com experiences? Apply today,” it reads.

The provided link reveals that Microsoft is looking for a Bing software development engineers that will be “responsible for developing and shipping experiences on Bing.com homepage which is seen by millions of users every single day.”
