Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, the new open world stealth game from Konami, just received a live gameplay demonstration from the PlayStation Tokyo Games Show 2013 press conference, in which designer Hideo Kojima controls Snake while he's infiltrating a military base.
Metal Gear Solid 5 is set to include two different portions, in the form of Ground Zeroes, which is a sort of prologue, and The Phantom Pain.
After showing off quite a few different videos and plenty of screenshots from the open world stealth game, designer Hideo Kojima walked on stage at TGS 2013 and showcased a live gameplay demonstration of MGS 5.
As you can see above, the game is looking really good, thanks to the new Fox Engine, and shows Snake infiltrating a military base and then commandeering a chopper to rain fire on his foes below.
No other details were offered and it's still unclear when Metal Gear Solid 5 will be released and for what exact platforms.
