14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Gazillion is announcing that it is planning to add a range of new content to its own Marvel Heroes 2015 this week in order to mark the launch of the new Age of Ultron movie that stars the Avengers.
The company says that it is introducing one of its biggest content updates since the initial 2013 launch date and that the centerpiece offers new players an opportunity to enjoy the entire experience for free as any of the core members of the superhero team.
For the first time, Iron Man is playable for free in Marvel Heroes 2015, and he is joined by Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye.
The Vision is added as a new playable character, with a unique set of powers and a complex backstory.
The launch of Avengers: Age of Ultron is also a good occasion to introduce new costumes to Marvel Heroes 2015, including Captain America, Iron Man Mk 43, Iron Man Hulkbuster, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Vision, and Scarlet Witch.
A new advanced game mode will allow players to defend New York from the attacks of Sentries in Central Park and then attack Ultron himself.
Random events are also introduced to Marvel Heroes 2015, featuring Sentries, and gamers can now team up with Quicksilver to battle them.
Marvel Heroes 2015 is a constantly evolving experience
Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye and Black Widow have also been re-designed by the development team at Gazillion to better reflect the way they appear in the movie, with a focus on their powers and their Ultimates.
As long as players engage with Marvel Heroes 2015 as an Avenger, they also get a boost to experience points.
David Brevik, the chief executive officer of the developer, adds, "We’ll continue this cadence for as long as our community demands it, be it through huge additions to content like this one, big new events like our recent raid based on AXIS from the comics, or simply our monthly character releases like Vision – with lots others coming soon!"
The new Avengers movie is set to be launched in almost the entire world before the end of the week.
