WIND Mobile has just confirmed it will carry the HTC Radar 4G with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango on board. This would be the third carrier that officially announced the upcoming availability of the smartphone, after Videotron and SaskTel.

Although the smartphone is now on “Coming Soon” at WIND Mobile, there’s no telling exactly when it might go on sale, but it shouldn’t take more than one week.

No word on the price either, but rumor has it that this one will be available for free on WINDTab+. Still, this has yet to be confirmed by the carrier.

Specs-wise, HTC Radar 4G is a second-generation Windows Phone device, thus it comes with a 3.8-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution), a 5-megapixel rear camera and 8GB of internal memory.

The phone is powered by a 1 GHz single-core processor and sports a secondary VGA front-facing camera, as well as 512MB of RAM and Wi-Fi support.
