The highly-acclaimed PC title game Machinarium has just arrived in the Google Play Store and is now available for download.

Although the game was specially designed to work on Android tablets with 1024 x 600 or 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, Machinarium works well on newer phones that boast large displays supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and up.

However, those who own Android phones with larger screens will probably have some troubles solving some puzzles due to small touch zones. Rest assured that these issues will be resolved in future updates.

Machinarium is now available for download via Google Play Store for $3.99 USD (£2.49 or €3) and it should be compatible with devices running Android 2.2 Froyo and up.

Obviously, customers should also take into consideration that the game offers the best experience on tablets.
