LG is already present in the phablet segment with appealing devices, and the LG Optimus G Pro, the latest to have been included in this category, is set to arrive on shelves with a 5.5-inch screen, while being previewed at the MWC 2013 show in Barcelona.
The handset, officially announced only a few weeks before the trade fair, sports a full HD screen on the front, along with a 1.7GHz quad-core processor inside, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory.
Basically, this is the Optimus G on steroids, with a larger screen and a bigger 3,140 mAh battery, but with the same 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, paired with a 2MP front camera to enable video charring.
LG's QSlide multitasking feature has also been included inside the device, along with QuickMemo, Live Zooming, and Google’s Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean platform.
