LG is always looking to improve its products, delivering high quality devices, and the new slim CRT TV is willing to prove all that once again. The stylish CRT TV model strikingly resembles an LCD TV, LG managing to shrink the end of the tube to more decent sizes. LG is quite sure that their new TV will be more appealing to budget-oriented customers who wish to experience near-plasma and LCD audio-visual quality at a much lower cost.

The new CRT TV model has a viewable area of 21-inch and should be a good choice for consumers who consider three major factors before purchasing a new TV: picture quality, design, and particularly price. This slim CRT model is expected to cost 75 percent less than comparable LCD TVs, and this will definitely lure customers on a budget. As far as the improved design goes, the new CRT TV front panel highlights a slim image with simple and straight lines, while the back is curved with a stylish wave-line image that fits in any household. The frame remains solid and it features a high glossy black color. As related to technical specifications, the LG Ultra Slim TV has a deflection angle of 120 degrees, making it the slimmest CRT TV yet! LG also included quality technologies, such as the Anti-Doming Mask and Glass Design technology, which eliminates distortion at the edge of the screen, or the 'Nano-Fluorescent Substance' technology, which enables the TV to sport higher contrast ratios and display an excellent image quality with vivid and rich colors.

"This Ultra Slim TV is highly price-competitive with great product quality in the 20-inch TV market. Now, customers in the Middle East have an array of choices. We will aggressively advance into the commercial market as well as the emerging markets such as Brazil, Russia, India and China," claims K. W. Kim, President of LG Electronics, Middle East and Africa.
