LG confirmed several weeks ago that it would bring the G2 in Australia, but no details on time frame have been unveiled until recently.

As AusDroid points out, Optus has confirmed in a press release that it will launch the G2 in the country in November. Sadly, there’s no word on the exact release date and price tag yet, but we expect that more details will leak in the coming weeks.

LG G2 is likely to arrive in Australia with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, though Google is already preparing to launch Android 4.4 KitKat platform next month.

The smartphone will be equipped with a 2.26 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
