The development team at The Odd Gentlemen and publisher Sierra are announcing that they have finalized the selection process for the voice cast of the coming reboot for King's Quest, which includes well-known personalities such as Christopher Lloyd and Zelda Williams.

The full list also includes the likes of Josh Keaton - StarCraft 2, Maggie Elizabeth Jones - We Bought a Zoo, Tom Kenny - SpongeBob SquarePants, Michael Benyaer - Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Loretta Devine - Crash, Gideon Emery - Teen Wolf, Jean Gilpin - Frozen, Michael Gough - Batman: Arkham Origins, Andy Pessoa - Transformers Prime, Kevin Michael Richardson - The Cleveland Show, Kath Soucie - Rugrats, Fred Tatasciore - Marvel’s Avengers Assemble, and Michael-Leon Wooley - The Princess and the Frog.

The game is designed to act as a full reboot for the series and will be delivered with classic adventure game mechanics and some cool character moments.

The development team is promising that it will find a more modern solution than a traditional point-and-click interface, and it seems that an episodic structure will be used.

The new King’s Quest is set to arrive on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and older-generation consoles in the fall of this year.
